Hi,very comprehensive and popular blog,,i can see it is ranked very high in google..you should put google ads on this,and i can imagine how much money you will make every month(ok you dont need surplus..but still)
On this website you have to put ads by google,of your account no. (like this site of mine has, http://angle-mine.blogspot.com ).When people visit ur site,and if one of them clicks on those ads,,google immidiately puts some money in ur account,,and when that money reaches $100,google will mail the check at the address u provided.

All this set up is easy to understand ,or u can take help of someone who understands more abt this.But the real thing is to get the visitors to ur site.For this your site should have regularly updated content on any topic u like,,and also you have to spread the links on forums like yahoo answers,google groups etc.And if you have an good traffic from search engines..than you are already done !
